I gave cassie a tattoo last night. I feel really guilty about it. even though she wanted it. I still feel like i ruined her arm forever. I've been restless and broke the last few weeks. I went on a couple of dates with this girl that i met during the watery graves show at my house. I knew instantly that she wasn't right for me but I went for it anyway. I stopped calling her like a cowered. then she got really sick and had to go to the hospital. I guess she had a full body rash and a fever. this is the second time this kind of thing has happened. another girl went blind briefly after i dated her. so basically i make people sick. I fuck up their bodies with shitty tattoos and I'm never happy being in a relationship. It seems like I'm best suited for liking girls from a distance. My day to day life is incredibly unsatisfying. I love my friends and my family but there is something big missing. I'm in need of a big change in my life. It's a change that I have to make for myself.

Ruffus died today. He was getting sick on and off for the last few months. In the last few days he was really bad. I was in Eagle rock when my mom called to tell me. I rushed to my parents house and found him under the kitchen table. He was lying on his side. There was a small pool of blood under his muzzel. Ants had made a trail from the bathroom to him.
Christine was the first person to come home and find him. She was closest to him. she taught him how to sit and roll over, he slept in her room, she walked him every day. I feel really bad that she had to be in the house alone with him like that.
I rapped him in the sheet that I got from the old apartment then a towel to keep the ants off of us. My mom held him while I drove to the vet's office behind Charter oak. Uncle Jeff met us there. I felt weird walking in with a dead dog. i didn't want to scare any kids or gross anyone out. Luckily the place was empty.
My mom is really upset but my sister is coping well. It's sad to know that I'll never see him again. He really was the sweetest and most gentle dog I have ever met. I miss him.

i wish it snowed here. i wish i knew more girls. my favorite colors are green, brown, white and blue. i like photos more than drawings and paintings. we should be out side more often. i made some makeshift curtains. still on the look out for indian or western theme curtain material. i like western stuff. i like deer and elk. i have to make something new. a friend of mine is taking pictures of me tonight for some project of hers. i have too many clothes that i don't feel comfortable in. i don't know what to do with my facial hair. i don't really know what to do with myself. i love my new house. yacht tomorrow. i hate the word tomorrow. i never spell it right. my house plant is dying so i gave it a new home hanging from the pipe outside my window. i hope it wants to be there. lets go on photo taking adventure. head east maybe? or north? i wish i made enough money that i could bribe people. hanging out at writers meeting makes me feel really stupid. at lunch today i sat near a man wearing a chainmail shirt. that shirt spawned the comment "Cadillac called it wants it's shirt back!" that didn't seem to make much sense to me. he could have said "Excalibur called" or "Mideavel Times called" but no this man chose to make fun of this other man by saying Cadillac called it wants it's shirt back. after he said this he looked at me for approval.

while we were waiting in line at the airport Rilo kiley showed up. I was really entertained watching them unload their van and walk around the airport. according to my little sister they were playing a show in germany.
slovakia is basically one huge forest.
i met a lot of cousins. none of them look like me at all.
the town my grand father is from is basically ran by kvassay's. most of the tombstones have the last name kvassay. weird.
drank a lot of the home made liquor.
i was the only person in europe under the age of seventy that had a full beard but as of a few hours ago that beard is now a mustache.
ate a lot of home made wild boar sausage.
we went to the czech republic, drove around austria and germany.
the hotel in germany was connected to the largest scuba diving school in europe (or something like that) so we got to watch people swim in a big pool.
went to an ice cave in slovakia,
went to Hitler's old head quarters "the eagles nest". it's now a restaurant.
walked around a concentration camp.
took a lot of tours of a lot of castles.
read slaughter house five, logan's run and franny and zooey.
basically kept my mouth shut for two weeks because almost no one spoke english. that sucked a lot.
my dad and i managed to get through the two weeks without any major conflicts until this afternoon when we got into a huge fight at my parents house.
i am really, really happy to be home!
i missed you all quite a bit.

1) I spent a long time defending my love for females to a middle age, bitter, awesome, gay man. it turned out to be one of the better conversations i've had in a while.
2) I've had some incredible trips to LA and the beach.
3) my music taste has not really expanded much. lots of thermals, walk men, devotvchka, new white stripes. Chase was good enough to put some new hidden tracks on my itunes so hopefully i'll find some new favorite bands soon.
4) fell back in love with very loud music volumes.
5) grown a lot closer to a lot of my friends
6) craig and justin are moving in. I'm bummed out about losing all of the clean empty space but also happy to have them around.
7) I've been lucky enough to be apart of some fantastic parties
8) listened to an obese man play sublime covers last night. then mandie's parents showed up out of no where.
9) ended up really liking this girl but she wasn't into me. a few weeks before there was a girl who really liked me but I wasn't into her. so it goes, i guess.
10) as far as brides go. were starting to get our act together.
11) looking forward to more traveling and mini parties
12) in the last week I've seen all three jurassic park movies twice and back to the future three times. it's hard to think of a more enjoyable way to wast time.

i can't sleep. I have to report for jury duty tommarrow at 10. I have to be at the wire at 6. Balls! Life has been pretty good. work has been really good the past week. i've been dating Sydney for about two weeks. I don't know how long were going to last. I like her but we never really have anything to say to each other and that really bothers me a lot. Last week or the week before I was really depressed. That seems to happen around my birthday. Even as a little kid I remember being sad around my birthday. So sorry to anyone who I may have been neglecting or been a jerk to the last month or so. Russian Brides wrote a fucking great song tonight. the lyrics need work (like always) but the song itself is killer. I saw kimya dawson at biacci's and blood brothers at the glass house. both shows were really great. as a result of sydney and I having nothing to say to each other we go out dancing a lot. I love dancing so that's pretty cool. yeah, not much has been going on lately.

today was basically wasted, kinda. I went to andys to help clean up and ended up hanging around drinking warm leftover keg beer and shooting beebee guns with tony. went to red robin got way to full. watch 4 episodes of the sarha silverman program. i wish id gone to the mountain goats show
last night was really fun. not what i had invisioned but still fun. the people were great. the music was great. russian brides was a really big disapointment but it worked out for the best. we know what we have to fix and what we have to work on. i dissided to think of it more as our 4th practice and not our first show. Evan if we were awful i had so much fun. i love the people i am surrounded by (even if i get annoyed by them sometimes) i loved talking to the crowd and trying to be funny and possitive when i would ruin a song and rhett stopped the music. the expeirence as a whole i think made all of us want to try harder. i also met a girl that seems cool so iam excited about that. even if i never see her agian or i find out it wont work it is still fun to be excited.

lately i've been happy but iam not content with my life at all. people have been getting on my nerves easily and i hate it. i feel like the bad side of my personality have been coming out too often and too easily (that sounded stupid as hell but fuck it) here is the more notible stuff thats happened to me in the past weeks
*my dad almost cut his finger tips off on a saw and i spent the day hanging out with my uncles and cousins in the emergency room.
*i paid for my life test put havent scheduled it yet. iam terrified of this test. i haven't passed a test in like 4 years.
*the art show was incredible. i am really greatful to matt for getting me involved. next iam gonna be in a group show at the Wire!
*saw ghost rider and thought it was way better than it was going to be. it still sucked but i was very entertained.
i saw it with chase and mandie. i often forgett how kick ass mandie is. it was great seeing her even though i felt kinda like shit the whole night.
*chase rhett lana and i drank at rude dogs for a while. chase was himself (awsome) rhett ran up a 97 dollar tap and lana is still really great. hopefully shell come around more often.
*at this moment i have litteraly no money but that will change tommarow
*today on a wim i kept heading south after finishing some work arrends and ate clam chowder at Rubys in hunnington beach.
then ben andy mike and rhett tony and i headed up to mt baldy lodge for a while.
*friday night a lot of poeple went to this girls birthday party at the terrace in pasadena to see the Fists play. once i got a look at the crowd and relized that this girl rented an entire club out for her own birthday party. i dissided to either get kicked out or get in a fight. i didn't accomplish any of that but i did dance violently to shitty butty rad for like four hours sriaght, pissed off a lot of people, creeped out a lot of girls, and made mockery of the whole event. it was really fun. plus it turned out the crowed was an APU crowd so some of friends showed wich was great
*a freak accident in the knitting facorty parking lot led me to lossing my keys. kira picked us up and was a good sport about it
*i made out with some girl at bang who turned out to be a friend of a friend of mike's. turns out that she's crazy and tried to stap somebody. so i made out with a violent crazy girl.
actually a lot more shit have happened i just can't remeber and don't feel like typing any more. i hope that this is semi legible. sorry

its really damn late and i can't sleep over the sounds of kira and daniel screaming at each other. i love my cat evan though she makes my eyes really itchy. jordan dykstra's music is incredible. i kicked over a few trash cans and maybe dented some ones car last night. what the hell are you supposed to do when the person in the next room is having a total break down? the band is amazing and incredibly frustrating at the same time. schedules don't match up and there is really no place to practice but the stuff we have been working on is great. it's actually turning into what i have been wanting to play for a while. i can't wait to get everyone in the same room together with drums and a PA. tristan and cassey in the same room would be great too.

i had a cup of coffee last night at like 11 and i still can't sleep. I am such a pussy i fucking hate how caffine effects me. im not hyper or anything remotely fun like that. i just can't fall asleep. so i played bass for a while and tried to get some shirt designs working for tommarow. My sister and i are going to san diego later to talk to some a guy about shirt production or something. it's weird becouse i was just in san diego with matt and laura the night before last. we rolled into downtown and got some really good mexican food then walked around what ever the fuck college drinking pads and indivisualy packaged wine. i put a bunch of post cards every where and we found this super graffittied up stair well. it was really creepy so we dumped a bucket of paint on the floor which looked really cool. finally the three of us got the che cafe and watch yacht and higher places. both of which bands are very awsome. we got home in record time fucking chuck yeager super speed time of like an hour and twenty minutes. chase is back wich is fucking great. andy jordan tony rhett chase and i went up to mount baldy lodge to celebrate. i kicked ass at pool, rhett sweet talked the bar tender, andy and tony played video game type things and chase got wasted. jordan got some kvassay-a then got cranky becouse he has school soon. after the bar we pulled off and hiked a little. it was incredible. crazy strong wind and a huge moon plus a buligerent rhett. any way the sun just came up.
